Talking Rear end problem

I'm installing 3.73's right now. While I have the rear end apart, I just thought maybe I should replace the differential etc, etc, since I'm back there. Do I need to? Should I? Or, is the gear swap enough......what would you do?

I'd just rebuild the clutch pack if it were mine. Here's another related post on this topic.
