Post Saleen Rear Shock Tower Brace

Partly because I found it cheaply, I got a Saleen rear shock tower brace.

The brace is a heavy and rather think bar. It has two threaded holes on either side, and came with two matching bolts and washers. Installation was described as easy, but it came with no instructions.

I see no obvious place for this thing to bolt on. Is this part of a larger set (cage maybe) or is the term "easy" used rather losely here?

Any insight is welcome. Thanks.
