I took off the cover and out it came!!!! My fluid had metal flakes every where!!!!! I pulled the plate all the way off and it looks like the pinon was rubbing on the actual differential.... There is huge grind marks on the outside of the case where the s spring and the spider gears are. the pinon doesn't look jacked up.... WHy would this happen??????? Thanks guys.....
