Default rebuild a motor what size

I am going to have my 5.0 rebuild in a few months and I am looking to get the most durable build I can. What should I go with a 306,347,331 or anywhere inbetween. I will drive hard with high rpms on road courses and long peroids of redlining. giv me some ideas on what you think is the best all around motor kit and what stroker kits you use.

306 would probably be the most reliable and durable, but if your going to abuse it that bad you might want to upgrade the block to a mexican, a sportsman or an R block. I don't know much about the road racing set ups though. Drudis would be a good guy to ask, he's big on the road racing and seems very knowledgeable.
