Post To red gt with ford '01 thrust style rims

I was wondering if you used the SN95 rear axles? And if there is any problems with the backspacing? Also wondering what size tires you are running? I am about to do the same swap and just needing a little info.

Mostly stock. Flowtech 1 5/8" lontubes, flowtech h-pipe, Flowmaster two chambers, Mac 2.5" tailpipes, MSD-6AL with Blaster coil, Weiand Stealth intake, Eibach springs, Monroe Formula GP's.
