Default Removing the center console

I have an 88 hatch and I'm trying to remove the center console to paint it, but I can't figure out how to remove it. Where are the screws located and what else do I have to take out?

Take off the center console bin. Then remove those screws. Remove shifter knob and boot, remove 2 more screws, take off that part, if you're taking about the whole thing, remove pieces under steering wheel, remove more screws, fold down glove box, more screws, and finally, take out the radio and remove the metal plates that hold the radio in, these screws are the hardest. I believe that's it. Once you do it like 3 times you get too used to it enjoy! ~Brian
