Angry Injector problems

What can cause an injector to stay on all of the time? The injector in cylinder #4 floods the cylinder with gas. I loosened the fuel rail and grounded the fuel pump with koeo causes that injector to go on. My car is undriveable and I don't have a solution.

could be Just old and wore out and stuck open get a new one but modt of the time you need to get a set hard to find one BUT!!! if all you need is a 19
one I am sure some one has one they will sell you for realy Cheap.
