Correct riding height for '66 fastback
I purchased a '66 fastback recently. The previous owner both raised the back and lowered the front because he said it used to ride slightly high in the front. I want to return the car to original riding height but want to ensure the car rides equal height in both rear and front? Is there a standard spec for determining the correct height? Was the original factory design based on having both rear and front at same height or was back end always higher? I want to instruct a local service shop on resetting height and wanted to provide some direction. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanx, Gary |

Although I can't give the specs the front of the car was set 1" higher from the factory. Ford did that to many of there cars around that time.
