Try contacting DriveTrain Direct out of California. I got a FMS 3.55 gears and an install kit which included all gaskets, bearings, marking compound, shims, etc. (except for axle bearings and seals) for $240. They shipped it right away and went in no problem.

DONT do the install yourself. If you dont know what you are doing, you save the $200 install costs, but when your rear whines, you can buy a whole new set of gears and try again...

Find someone that installs them and buy the kit/install from them. Should be around $400 out the door.
