HELP! - no oil at rocker
I was priming my oil pump tonight with drill...
had oil at all but one rocker arm - tried to trace the problem 1) rocker arm oil hole=clear 2) pushrod=clear 3) lifter=is pumping up fine, but only pumping a little oil through(not enough pressure to make it up the pushrod) from this, I assume that the lifter is clogged. what can I do? I am really pissed. I just put the intake on the other day because I didn't feel like going out and getting a loaner primer - I am assuming that I gotta pull it off... dang.

try rotating the engine a couple times first, and try again.
Take care, -Chris

i know this may not seem like the best way to do it but, if you dont want to take them off again, you could get some 5 min. motor flush, maybe it will clean out the clogged lifter. if this is a new motor i dont think i would do that though. just a suggestion
