Rocker Arms
 

OK, im totally stuck, hers whats going on. I took my heads off to have a valve job done and replace the Valve Guide Seals. Just got em back and put em on today. The thing is, i have no idea of how to go about installing the rocker arms without any special tools or rotating the engine over. Is there a certain torque I can take em to? I really need help with this. Thanks in advance
