Roller lifters
Will stock 5.0 roller lifters work in a pre94 351W block if I use the crane cams retro fit bracket kit... If anyone has done this let me know.

no they won't...you either have to use the retrofit rollers or rollers with the horizontal locking bar(I think they are cheaper than the retro ones.)
