Question Roller Rocker Install Questions!

Ok, I've got the crane conversion kit in and the rockers on, but I'm not sure how to adjust the lock down nuts.
1. Should the nuts be tightened when both valves are closed?
2. Should the nut be tightened all the way and then the set screw tightened or do I back the nut off a little first?

And have I forgotten anything? Any advice, tips, comments and/or observations are welcome. This is the first time I've ever had the valve covers off a car so I'm a little geeked. Thanks in advance guys.

Ok I am not real sure but I think if you have the ones with the lil set screws on top you adjust rocker then lock down set screw.. Simple man

Yes they have set screws. I was worried that if I tighten the nut all the way it would interfere with the rocker actually rocking.

Another question I had was if I need to grease the rockers and pushrods or if just lubing them with oil would be fine.
