Well, going to a roller rocker will free up some HP and also take away some of the wear on the valve train. As far as more power,I think that that would depend alot on your cam,heads,springs,etc. Im not real experienced in those combos on the 5.0 so maybe someone with more knowledge on the subject would like to help.
