Question Running Rich?

I was wondering how to detect a rich condition, or if the F cam was the reason for it. Anyways, what happens is that the car seems to bog when I try to drop the hammer, then I can smell the fuel. I believe fuel pressure was set at 44lbs with a 110lph pump. I've recently put in a 190lph, so would that cause a rich condition?
Any suggestions?

Check simple things first:

When you get down on it, does much black smoke come out the exhaust?

If you think you're running rich, pull a spark plug and if it's dark (black) then you're rich.

If it's bogging down when you get down on it then it could be a clogged fuel filter.

Right now, I've got Edelbrock Heads, F-cam, Ported performer intake, 24lb injectors, C&L 73mm meter calibrated for injectors, 190lph fuel pump, AFPR, 65mm t/b and spacer, windage tray, h/v h/p oil pump, accel 300+ ignition box and system. Shorty headers, off-road H-pipe and catback.

When I get on it it doesn't really puff any smoke at all. It just smells like there's an excess of fuel from the engine, could that just be from the off-road H-pipe not burning all the fuel and a slight rich condition?
