Rusted Floor Boards

I picked up another project car this weekend. Its a 80 Mustang Roller. I first started by completely gutting the interior. Unfortunitley I found some rust and small holes in the floorboards. This car is a budget build for for my younger brother. What would be the cheapest way to fix this? It doesn't have to be pretty I just want to fix the holes and stop the cancer from spreading.

Other then the floor boards the only rust is by the sunroof. The body is clean and straight!

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated!

If you want to do it the cheap way then buy some sheet metal and pop rivits and patch the holes that way. Then go around the edges of the patch with some sealer.
If the holes are pretty large then I would have a shop weld patches in, especially if the metal is getting thin under the seats.
Since you said this is a budget then new floor boards are out of the question...huh?

a cheap fix would be to cut out the rusted section and to weld some new panel back in it is going to have to be strong since the floor board area supports the seats.

Yea, its not bad yet. Nowhere near the seats only a little around the kick panels.

Thanks for the responses
