Well boost is not a good way to rate a blowers output. Boost is actually the blowers output that the motor does not use. For example if you took the same blower and the same pullies and you put one on a stock mustang and the other on a renegade motor. Yes the stock motor may see 9psi but the renegade motor may see only 3psi. Simply because the renegade motor can use all the air the blower puts out therfor it does not back up causing very much boost. If you put a N1K with the stock pullies on a 347 with a decent H/C you will see very little boost like around 4psi.
