Scraping During turns

My 95 Gt is making a scraping noise during turns if i go to fast (more than 10 MPH) it does it on all 4 corners. I cant tell if its the tires scraping the wheel wells or the front air damn scraping. The front tires are 245/45/zr17 the rears are 275/40/zr17. The rims are american racing 200s and i think they are slightly wider that the stock rims. The front and rear sway bars are stock and nothing is broken. Does this sound like strut/shocks? I still have the factory strut tower bar on.

this may not be the same sound, but on my 94 w/ Cobra R 17x9 rims, the inner edge was scraping the lower control arm when I turned the wheels either way..

my fix is I just don't turn that hard anymore..
(my problem occured very close to lock)

I too would like to know the answer to this one because I have the same problem. I just had my 99 Cobra rims and 245/45 tires installed.
