I need the specs(dementions) of you sub frames

Me and Unit were talking and he suggested that subs frame would make my little sqweeks and rattles dissapear. Well me being a cheap SOB:D, what thinking about building some. My dad welds for a living so he could build them and install them if I had the specs. So do any of you know the specs on you sub frame connectors. Close up pics would be good too if you have those

Try my homepage for some underside shots.

Buy the Mustang Performance Handbook-II, as they have some specs in there. But basically ANY hunk-o-metal will do... (sort'a).

tireburner, my subframes are made out of rectangular stock mild steel. they were bent at a metal shop. actually my friend makes them all the time. that is were they are from. what do you want to know? where to bend the metal? if you want i could measure mine. i dont know what gauge steel mine is, but it is pretty hefty. rectangular stock works great and square stock seems a little to big. mine you cant see unless you look underneath as for some that i seen you can see them from the side! let me know.

Try these sites. http://www.oldwestracing.com/articles/subconn/subs.htm

or

both of these have measurements on them.
