Selling off a Stang.. only to get another!

Hey guys check this out... i bought my stang like this
BOUGHT:
1. $1600-1770 TTL
2. 3.73 rear gears (no posi or traction-lok)
3. 2 chamber flows
4. poor interior
5. poor engine
6. wrong pressure plate (or synchros r out)
7. a smokers car
8. a gauge pod (phantom) (temp/oil)
9. speedo-off
10. some gauges not working (stock gauges)
11. some 6 1/2 Xplode and 3 1/2 xplode (speakers 2 of each)
12. crappy tape player
13. Hatch non-functional
14. bad overheating problem
15. no ac vents/floor ( only came outta the defrost vents)
16. low R12
15. 159K miles...(read below)

now some dude said he would be by my house at 7 - yesterday - to check out my carin the interest to buy it. (hell i didn't even know i wanted to sell it).. I am going to tell him NO LESS THAN 5K! take it or leave it! no questions asked.. that would be TRIPPLE my money.. but here is how i would be seeling it

SOLD :
1. $5000 TTL

4. cleaned and made nice interior
5. well tuned and running engine
6. wrong pressure plate (or synchros r out)
7. no smokey smell
8. a gauge pod (phantom) (temp/oil)
9. speedo-off (still)
10. some gauges not working (stock gauges)
11. BBK cold air kit ($129)
12. self re-painted ground effects (they look good btw)
13. new gaskets and cleaned engine
14. cd player (good)
15. re-wired speakers (Xplode)
16. functional hatch
17. New Autometer Tach (wired by me )
18. new radiator
19. vents fixed
20. still low on R12
21. 160 K miles (the speedo is off bad 35mph=52 on speedometer and 70=98 on speedometer so the miles piled on more than they should have)

If he will gimme 5K i think i will sell..i got $5300 already and that will make a nice sum of $10300 to spend on a 5.0 and some nice mods.. what do you guys think?
