Default serpentine belt problem...

i was originally running the stock serpentine setup with a vortech blower and all accessories. just added a march A/C eliminator bracket and now my serpentine belt isnt clearing the idler pulley and water pump pulley. the idler is mounted as directed by vortech, but since i removed the a/c was removed the tensioner hits the water pulley as the belt goes to the power steering. not sure if i need to mount the tensioner on the ac eliminator bracket or what. any ideas?
