I've heard better thinks about Transgo than B&M. I haven't heard anything about Superior.

You want a street kit for a street car.

save the cash for the rebuild.
You will have to do it at least every 2 years.
Transgo if you need to do it.
Check out level 10, and lentech to see what they have to say.

Transgo shift kit. It's what I have, and it shifts great.

Don't get the B&M it's a pos and doesn't shift much harder than stock(maybe softer! at wot). Get a baumunn, transgo or if you want to spend the $$$ a lentech valve body

Thumbs up

Definitely the Baumann. Well worth the money. Their instuctions are explicit, and the kit allows much better mods than the cheap B&M kit. Dont forget to get an 'A' overdrive servo, and the biggest cooler you can find.

Talking

Get the TransPak. My husband just installed one in our 91 LX, and it's great!! The car shifts really hard when you're on it, but when you're just cruising, it's not bad at all. If you REALLY wanted to, you could probably do the install yourself. Basically, you just gotta drop the tranny pan. He knows the ins and outs of motors, but had no tranny experience prior to this. He decided to try, and not only did we save some loot, he leanred something
