Default sHIFT POINT???

I plan on going to the track this weekend. Given my mods listed in my sig, what rpm should I be shifting at? Should I lauch off idle, or if not, about what rpm? Last time, I launched at about 2500 rpm and i spun all the way through 1st. Any guesses on et and mph? I am running a set of cheap street tires. If I do good, I'll post the timeslip. I haven't been able to run it since I put most of te stuff ont. Last time I ran it, I had the headers and pullies and the 0.040" over bore and I ran a 14.7. My 60 ft times killed me at 2.8 to 2.2. Like I said, I spun all te way through 1st, second, ad about half of third. I guess I just have a heavy foot and sh***y tires. I was also shifting at about 6000 rpm's, which I now know is way too high, I just don't know what is nominal.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Caymon
