Just play with it at the track. I think 5900-6000 seems to be about right for the B-303 with 1.7's. I shift my E-303 at 5600rpm. It pulls a little past there, but thats where it starts to fall off and I've gotten my best results. I ran it upto 6000 on the shift points and it slowed down.
