Default shifting problem!!

Yesterday when I went to drive my car I put the clutch in and went to put it in first gear and I really had to force it into gear. It's the same thru all the gears, not just first. The clutch doesn't feel the same either. It is a little harder to push down and it doesn't feel like it's engaging all the way. There is also a clicking sound when the clutch is not engaged and when I have the clutch in, the noise stops. It sound like the noice is coming from the clutch/flywheel. The clutch and flywheel are fairly new as I did an engine swap about 6 months ago from a v6 to v8. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason.
