That all depends on your budget. If you're rebuilding, consider forged pistons standard (8.8:1 comp. is always a good number). Good rings are important too. If you buy a shortblock from a builder, D.S.S. sells some good stuff for blower applications. Don't get too carried away....just get what you need. A low-comp 306 with a main cap girdle and good heads should be more than enough.
