Default should I get new pistons or get mine flycut

I have a set of roush 200 heads. I need to get new pistons should I get new ones or should I just get Mine flycut? I hate having the heads sitting in my room!!!!!!!!!!!! Any help will be great. If I get new pistons what should I get?

I got my pistons from DSS they were 299. They have valve reliefs big enough for nearly valve or cam. I think they are only offered in .30,.40, and .60 sizes so boring is necessary, but if its going to be apart anyway it would be a good idea to bore it any way. If you just get your pistons flycut I would guess around 100 bucks.
