The cam is a 2000-6000rpm cam for the 351W or 302HO according to the Holley website.

2000-6000rpm. Application Hot street or Pro Street. The HO cam is a good grind and you're not going to be picking up much power with the E7's, while I expect you'll lose quite a bit of low end torque. The cam favors the exhaust side WAY too much. With an N/A setup on E7s, I see no reason to favor the exhaust.
