John, it is set with vacuum off 37-40. You need to read the plugs a nice light brown color is nice and drive the car to see how it feels, it is feels like it falls flat at high rpm it may be running out of fuel, bump it a little and drive it agian, Your want to run the car as lean as it needs to be safe this will make maximum power.
