Hey exgmguy, thanks for replying. I checked it out today at a place and the guy said for a stock rebuild it'd be about $800 (kinda steep, IMO) . He said that for a 'beefed' up tranny (more clutches, diff torque converter, etc) would run ~$1100. (still kinda steep, IMO). So, I went to another guy and he said he'd do it for around $650 or less (stock rebuild) and he would beef it up with same torque converter (which is okay with me) for around $750. So I'm going with him, and IMO, he's a lot more trustworthy. Gonna take it over there Wed of next week. SHould be done by Friday.

Brian, thanks for the added input, I hadn't really considered it. Thanks for mentioning that. (I think it's be fun)
After I get this done, hopefully I can get the drag radials put on the car and take it to the track.
