With 3.73's you're going to be spinning the motor to about 9000 rpm at that kind of speed. The 2.73's will bring it back down to a more realistic 7000 rpm. A T56 will bring those numbers down dramatically. You could get away with running a 3.73 in the rear and still be turning the motor under 7000 rpm at 180 mph. if you're talking about the t-56 top gear (6) vs. the t-5 top gear (5), you'll see no difference. the ratios are almost identical, the t-56 just adds another gear in the range (between 4 and top).
