Ya, thats way too much, especially cause its used. I assume the cobra rear is the 8.8" w/ 3.08 gears? What is he selling it with, housing, diff., axels and brakes? A new ford racing housing and diff. is 700, the axels are 265, and thats new. If its just the housing I would say maybe 500(?) and withe axels and brakes 6-700(?). Also keep in mind you may want to swap gears too.
