Removing the cats may help, but if emmisions are not a concern you'd be better off selling it or trading it for an offroad setup, the stock pipes are worth alot to people in emmission controlled areas. underdrive pulleys are a good choice and inexpensive. If your on a budget check to classifieds on the boards and places like ebay, you can usually find good parts for a good price. It's a good idea to have an idea of exactly where you want to go with the car before you start so you don't end up buying the same parts 2 or even 3 times because you keep upgrading.
