No reason to doubt his claim. Heads, cam, probably intake. I didn't see where he listed the intake or carb type, but running low 12's at just under 110mph is reasonable to me.

The E cam has proven itself solidly compatable with blowers. I'd probably just stick with it and not open up an engine that's running good. If you aren't satisfied, you can always swap the cam later. Besides, the block won't take much more power than what you're already going to make.
