Anyways back to the original question.
With a Roots style blower you definitely will want to switch to the F cam, or else you'll be blowing a ton of boost out the exhaust due to the overlap the E cam has. There's a big difference between a 110° LSA and a 114° LSA.
Centrifugals get by this moreso because their power is of the high RPM nature and they aren't as cam-affected.
