i used the washers cause i was told that the ford fivelug 4wheel disc conv kit used washers to mount the spindle i got my car done today and i dont think there will be any problems i used hardend steel 5/8 washers around $1 a piece and alot less hassle but please post your results on switching the balljoint if its a direct swap in i will prob do it myself down the road
also has anyone used the fox's soft lines with the sn95 calipers it looks to me as if you were to cut the little metal tab off you would be able to use them if any one out there has done this let me know
