I still run the stock ignition on my car and was considering an upgrade. 10 years ago I would have said "MSD, no question..." But are any of the others out there any better?

I would like something that I could put the control dial in the cockpit for timing adjustments on the fly. I would assume an MSD 6AL should do the trick eh?
