Question factory remote entry / starter kill

I've got a 94 Mustang GT with the factory remote entry / starter disable.

I recently had my hood and front bumper re-arranged by someone who decided red lights don't apply to them. Got it back from the shop and drove it home. Decided to go out later and it just won't start. My guess is it has something to do with the factory starter kill. I hear the fuel pump coming on, and it's getting power, but the starter just doesn't seem to kick over. No clicking or any noise of any sort while I'm engaging the starter. Has anyone run into a similar situation? Could anyone tell me where the starter kill module is and how to bypass it?

Thanks in advance!
