I would get traction bars if you drive this car on the road frequently. Your car will handle like slop if you take it out. It loosens up the front which is good for transferring weight to the rear of the car.

If you get traction bars (/control arms) you get the benefit of weight transfer, without the drawback of the loss of handling. They are relatively cheap too , which is always a plus.
