Do it exactly like you would on a Ford. Dark blue wire is the signal wire, and black is the ground. Set it between .50vdc and .85vdc at idle. Check to see that it increases smoothly as you open the throttle. It probably won't, and will need to be replaced. VERY common GM problem.
