Question Crank, rods, pistons. SCAT. Price. Quality.

Is this worth the money? To go in the 351W block that I have at the engine builder:

Prices quoted by SCAT Crankshafts:

Forged Rods --- $320
Forged Crank --- $690
Forge Pistons --- $500
Rings --- $90
Bearings --- $150
harmonic balancer & flywheel balanced to crank --- $150
money for S&H to get harmonic balancer & flywheel to SCAT in CA --- not really sure, but gotta be over $150
-------------------------
Total = $1900 not including shipping (both ways I suppose)

I figure these are good prices, but then I'd have to send stuff to them and it'd cost more on S&H.

As of now, I plan to put on some AFR 185s on it. Compression to be around 8.5 - 8.8:1.
Still gotta spend money for cam and the goodies that go with it...

One other thing, what do you guys know of the quality of SCAT's products b/c all of the stuff will be coming from them (minus the heads and cam).

I would like some input on this. Thanks.
