The Windsor Jr's are okay from what I've seen. They flow about like stock GT-40 irons. A little more on the exhaust. They have a 1.94" intake valve, not a 1.94cc combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is 58cc's if I remember right, which will bump compression on a stock motor up to about 9.6:1. The Jr's and Sr's flow pretty linear, but neither one flows outstanding out of the box. Due to their huge (in relation to valve size) intake runners, they can be worked to provide very big numbers, but stock I didn't find them to be overly impressive from what I've seen on the flowbench.

Then again, for what you'd spend hogging them out, you could pick up some much better aluminum heads.

My advise would be the TFS TW. They are a very good head, and they are probably the least expensive aluminum head on the market.
