After I found out that the Alumiun DS hit, I put the stock snuber back on. Then I noticed that there was bout 1/2" of travel between the snuber and the rear end. Ride was real rough. I then raised the rear end with stock 4 cyl springs. The rubbing stopped. The Alunium DS only benifits you in the high end of the power band, so if you are just a street car, then the stock one might be better for you.
