I haven't had any problems burning clutch cables with my MAC 1-5/8", I had mine ceramic coated to make them last longer and look better. You do have to extend the o2 harness but I though every long tube had this issue just buy the kit from Interactive Tech to extend them. If you have a Lakewood or other SFI approved bellhousing you will have to notch out the passenger side flange to fit the tube through, I didn't have to take my steering shaft out but I did have to unbolt both motor mounts to install them, all my smog stuff fit fine as well but since I am in a state that doesn't require emissions it's all off now I would like to upgrade to the Bassani step headers 1-3/4"-1-5/8" they are really nice but are expensive $400.00+
