Inside the filler compartment, on the bottom, there is a drain hole where gas goes when it slops out the filler neck. There is a rubber hose connected that drains spilled fuel out under the car. Look up under the wheel well right behind the right rear tire to see where it is, and determine if thats where your "leak" is. I believe it's a 5/16" ID hose.
When my car was new, it wouldn't drain. If I over-filled the tank, it filled the car with fumes. I pulled the interior panel off and found it had a kink in it from the assembly plant.
