Lunati makes great cams. The E-303 cam is at least a 12-15 year old design. Cam profiles for the 5.0 have come a long way since then. The one advantage the E cam has is price, but it is dated. If the Lunati cam had a lobe seperation of 114 then it would be ideal for your application considering the mostly stock configuration. I would change out the valve springs if you have more than 50k on the engine as the added lift from the cam and 1.7 rockers would overtax the stock springs and could lead to premature valve float as the lift would be .544 with the 1.7 rockers, that is a lot of lift for the stock springs to handle.
