Hey....I am not sure who makes EXTREME rim polish...but it comes in a small black round container and it is cotton that you tear off and rub in small circles till the area turns black. WORKS WONDERS!
I will look to see who makes it and get back to you! You can get it at parts stores or tire centers....i.e.......Modica Brothers, Superior, Firestone, etc. Or try Autozone, Orielly's, Pep Boys...etc.
