Default O2 Sensors

When I changed my starter it fell and broke my O2 sensor. So I'll be replacing both of them. My question is I have seen talk of a wide band O2 what is the difference between wide band and stock. I dont drive my car much a few long trips on the week end and mybe a total of 20 miles a week, so fuel comsuption is not an issue. As for smog testing I got that beat dont have to do it until next year and I know a guy. Should I use a wide band O2 or Stock, Whats the diff What kind of gains or losses. Where do I find a wide band?
Thanks
