I just received my new headers in the mail. Maybe I'm confused, but these headers look used!! They are not chrome like my Mac's were, but all over each header they have that coloration that my old headers had when they were hot. Is this normal? I've seen new headers of all different types, but for some reason these don't look right. There are no dents or scratches and the Ford Motorsport badge is still there. These certainly don't look like the advertised ones either.

Did SVO make a non-polished, non-ceramic header that looked like these? Or do I have someone's reconditioned headers???

I'm almost tempted to use the heat wraps on these to 'improve' how they look under the hood.

If anyone has any info, I'd be grateful.
