Actually a 155lph intank pump would barely be enough for a 75hp shot of nitrous. Once you jump up to a 100-125 shot...the 155lph won't push enough fuel volume to handle the boost in fuel pressure up to 85psi. I run the NOS #5115 kit as well and had to put an additional inline MSD 200gph (similar to a T-Rex inline) fuel pump in to work in conjunction with my 155lph intank pump. But to answer your question if you could just add an inline pump and leave the stock intank pump...yes, that should work just fine...and you won't have to pull your fuel tank.
